In the digital age, the available customer data creates endless possibilities for improving communication with the customers, as well as directly increasing sales.
Through adequate analysis and use of customer data, we are able to identify their habits and create custom offers of products. For this challenge, the participants will have to find new ways (or to improve the existing) of collecting and using customer data with the goal of boosting sales.
